Plan

# Impact3 Static Ads: plan for a business that lasts

**Core idea:** sell a monthly subscription for volume, not for design. Ad buyers spending $10K+/mo on Meta burn through creative (Wispr Flow: about $100K/mo of spend needs 400-500 new ads a month). Making them yourself with AI still means learning the tools and paying for credits. We deliver agency-level volume at a small fraction of agency cost.

## Pricing (suggested starting points, then test)
- **Starter: $1,500/mo.** About 60 statics a month, 2 ad accounts' worth of angles, refreshed weekly. That's about $25/ad: above Upwork's $5-20 per ad, but done for them, on-brand and tested-angle driven.
- **Growth: $3,000/mo.** About 150 statics plus sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) and iterations on the winners. Below Design Pickle (from about $1.3K for capped hours) on output, and well below Designjoy ($5K, one request at a time).
- **Scale: $5,000+/mo.** 300-500 statics, a weekly testing report, and a dedicated strategist. Aimed at accounts spending $50K+/mo.
- Monthly, cancel anytime, with a discount for 3 months paid upfront. **Keep each client's cost to deliver under 30% of the fee** (automation is the margin).
- Price against the cost per test and the hours saved, not the cost per image.

## The hook
**A free pack of 10 sample ads made from the prospect's own brand** (logo, offer, real reviews or claims), sent as a link. It costs us little because of automation, and it's the best proof we have. Cap it at about 15 packs a week, and only for qualified accounts (running Meta/TikTok ads, digital product).

## Where to point people
1. **First touch: the personalized sample pack** (a private page or Drive link with their 10 ads) **plus one example link** (the Milk Road gallery on the site). Seeing their own brand in ads gets replies. A waitlist alone doesn't.
2. **The CTA in every message and on the sample page: the waitlist page** (static-ads-studio.pages.dev). It collects their email and gives them a low-pressure yes.
3. Warm replies → a 15-minute call → a paid pilot (first month at the Starter price).

## Outreach by platform
- **LinkedIn (best fit, decision-makers):** view their profile and like a post, then send a connection request with no pitch. Once they accept, DM them the sample pack. 10-15 a day.
- **X:** reply usefully to their posts about ads, then DM: "made you 10 ads, want the link?" Indie app and newsletter founders lead to Starter-tier deals.
- **Upwork:** send proposals on static, Meta-creative and SaaS/course jobs. Attach 3-5 ads mocked up for their niche and offer "the first batch free, then a subscription." Agencies are white-label partners.
- **Email:** work email for growth leads (find it with Apollo or Hunter). 3-line emails with a sample-pack link.

## Follow-up schedule
- **Day 0:** the sample pack plus one line on why.
- **Day 3:** a bump with one new insight ("your competitor X is running 40 statics on this angle").
- **Day 7:** 3 fresh ads on a new angle.
- **Day 14:** breakup message ("closing your file, waitlist link if timing changes").
- Then nurture every 30-45 days with new work.

## Tracking (one Google Sheet)
Columns: Name | Company | Platform | Role | Profile URL | Est. ad spend | Tier (A/B/C) | Sample sent (date) | Touch 1/2/3/4 dates | Reply? | Call booked | Pilot $ | Status | Notes.

## Weekly targets (solo + automations)
- 75 new touches
- 15 sample packs
- 8+ replies
- 3 calls
- 1 paid pilot
- 3 pilots retained → about $4.5-9K MRR within 6-8 weeks

## Next 5 steps this week
1. Set the prices on the site (replace "TBD") and confirm that waitlist signups reach Joe's email.
2. Build a sample-pack template (a private page with 10 ads) and run it for the top 5: Albert (Mark Abraham), Freetrade (Rory Thomas), Plum (Kevin Debien), Descript (Daisy Zhang), Viktor (Fryd Wiatrowski).
3. Start the tracking sheet with the 29 prospects and tag them A/B/C.
4. Send 10 LinkedIn connection requests a day and 5 Upwork proposals.
5. Get Bitfinex hi-res files and add a second case study to the site.

## Sample messages
**LinkedIn DM:** "Hi Mark, saw Albert's been scaling Meta. We made 10 static ads for Albert using your current offer, free, no strings: [link]. We do this monthly at volume (hundreds of variants) for a fraction of agency cost. Worth a look?"

**X DM:** "Saw your post on Meta ads for [app]. Made you 10 static creatives to test, here: [link]. If any win, we can send 100+ a month. Waitlist here: static-ads-studio.pages.dev"

**Upwork proposal:** "Instead of a few designs, I'll deliver your first 10 statics free within 48h, in your brand, across 3 angles. If they perform, we move to a monthly plan with 60-150 new ads a month. Example work (Milk Road PRO): [link]."
